American Document Services does not only provide you the best customer service but they make it affordable as well. Rick had a vision of a business that provided a service not only to individuals, but to businesses of all sizes – from mom & pop small businesses to the federal government. He knew that if he provided a service that would save businesses money and provide excellent customer service, he would be recognized and rewarded for his efforts.

What We Do

American Document Services manages files, film, tapes and personal documents for over 1,700 clients. They also destroy over 120,000 pounds of paper documents monthly of customer information that could potentially lead to identity theft. American Document Services is the leader in managing office records, scanning to assist businesses in their quest for a paperless workplace, destroying protected health information (PHI), complying with Health Information Portability Accountability Act (HIPAA) and HITECH, as well as disposal and recycling of electronic items including hard drives, computers, monitors and media.
