Donation Request Form

All requests for donations must be made through our website. Please fill out the donation form, or print out and deliver to our office headquarters. We are conveniently located at 300A N 17th St Las Cruces, NM 88005. Please include a description of the event, dates, and your contact information. If we are able to accommodate the request, we will contact you prior to the event.

We do get these requests fairly often, unfortunately, we may not be able to approve all donations requests. Upon the completion of filling out our donation request form, we will be more than happy to consider donating to your cause.
