Valued American Document Services Customers,
On Monday March 23, 2020 Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham issued a statewide “stay-at-home” instruction, in an effort to reduce the spread of COVID-19 in New Mexico. Only “essential businesses” can remain open at this time. With the Governor’s “stay-at-home” order, American Document Services will continue to service our customers which have contracted services with us. However, we will limit access to our facility from March 24, 2020 through May 18, 2020.
American Document Services is considered a data center and directly supports many clients deemed to be “essential businesses” under the stay-at-home order, including:
- Health care operations and hospitals
- Facilities used by law enforcement
- Banks and credit unions
- Real estate services
- Title companies and related services
- United States Government Contracts
- Professional services such as legal or accounting services where necessary to assist in compliance with legally mandated activities
If your business is required to close the doors during this “stay-at-home” order, we ask that you please contact us in advance for any services you have scheduled up until May 18, 2020. We will continue to provide the quality service for which you rely on us for and once this crisis has passed, we will resume all services as normal.
Thank you for your patience as we navigate through these difficult times together. Do not hesitate to contact our office if you have any questions 575.647.0060 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
